DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All our orders are shipped U.S. Priority Mail with
Signature Confirmation. We ship all purchases
within 5 business days, but please bear with us
as this is not always possible. We will contact
you should there be a delay.
Orders totaling under $75.00 will be charged
a flat fee of $6.00.
Orders totaling over $75.00 will be shipped free
of cost.
Please email us beforehand if you have special
shipping needs.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
If you live outside the U.S. and want to purchase
something from our website, please email us at
help@stellaneptune.com so we can calculate your
shipping costs.
CLOTHING CARE AND SIZING
T-SHIRTS
1) Wash your t-shirt at a maximum
of 85ª F/ 30ª C
2) Do not use bleach
3) Do not tumble dry unless you want a
bit of shrinkage
4) Do not dryclean
5) Iron at medium temperature .
6) DO NOT iron directly on design.
VINTAGE/RECYCLED
Your unique garment will come with it's own
set of laundering guidelines to make sure it stays in
great shape.
Because our vintage/recycled garments are one of
a kind, sizing can be a bit tricky. Not to mention they
are sourced all over the world with international size
differences; vintage pieces that say "size 10" are definitely
not a modern size 10! We will give you as much information
from the original label as we can, but please make your
selections from the measurements we provide.

PAYMENT
For now, we only accept Paypal online payments.
Why? It is extremely convenient and easy to use.
Paypal is an account-based system that lets anyone
with an email address SECURELY send and receive
online payments using their credit card or bank account.
It is totally free for you and it keeps track of purchases
for your benefit and ours. If you would like to register,

RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,
return the item(s) within 5 business days of receipt
for an exchange or full refund, less shipping costs.
Before sending out your return/exchange package,
please contact us via phone or email with your
reason for return. Items must be returned in their
original condition (damage free, unused with tags
intact) and shipped in a bubble wrap mailer.
Returns must be sent prepaid at your expense.
We cannot accept C.O.D.s.
Please insure the package for the full amount of
the merchandise you are sending back to us.
We will not be responsible for missing packages.
Please note that underwear is not returnable.
